Former City Hall Building For Sale

The City of Lewiston is now accepting proposals to purchase,"as-is", the historic 1897 City Hall building.  To be considered please submit the following to City Hall, 75 Rice Street, P.O. Box 129, Lewiston, MN  55952 by 4:00 p.m. on March 8, 2013:

A packet including: A proposed purchase price, proposed use & detailed plans for renovation, sketches of final design/layout, description of materials used, project timeline, and other considerations will be needed by said date.

Submissions will be considered based on value to the community and the proposed restoration to keep the general character of the building.  

The City of Lewiston reserves the right to reject any and all proposals.  Any costs associated with closing are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
