2011 Heartland Days Medallion Hunt!
The Medallion has been found. Congratulations Olivia and Ron Spitzer!
The City Council is sponsoring the 2011 Heartland Days Medallion Hunt. A series of four clues will be given. These clues will be posted in the Lewiston Journal, City Hall, Security State Bank, Channel 11 and the Lewiston City website. Clue 1 - June 8; Clue 2 -June 15; Clue 3 - June 22. If not found, a final clue will be posted at City Hall on June 24th. A cash prize of $100 will be given to the lucky person who finds the 2011 Heartland Days Medallion.
When found, bring the Medallion to City Hall for verification. The cash prize will be awarded on June 22 at 7:00 pm during the City Council Meeting. If found after June 22, the cash prize will be awarded at City Hall.
Mrs. Kim Moe is the designer of the 2011 Heartland Days Medallion. The Council would like to thank Kim for sharing her talents with the community.

Rules:
1. The Medallion will be hidden on public land in or near Lewiston. It can be found without trespassing, damaging or defacing land or property or otherwise violating any laws.
2. Anyone is eligible to join the Medallion hunt except members of the Lewiston City Council and family and employees of the City of Lewiston.
3. To be eligible for the prize, you need to have a Heartland Days Button
4. If the Medallion is not presented to the City of Lewiston or a Lewiston Council Member by June 24 at 5:00 pm, the Lewiston City Council reserves the right to terminate the hunt and turn the prize over to a charity of their choice.
